People come to me for “L” advice and I do not know why. Okay, I will admit it. I have so many thoughts about the matter that you can say I can be labeled as an expert. Bu truth be told, I have no idea about it when it comes to my own.
Fine. Yes, I am in love. Always have, always am. But I am in love only with the idea of a person, not the person exactly. And I usually easily fall for guys with deep voice, curly hair, and who plays the instrument. I go giddy like a silly girl over guys like that, and it still surprises me at times.
But that’s just it, people. I can easily fall for you and tell you “I like you” today, but tomorrow would be different. Tomorrow I’d be back to my normal self: cold, arrogant, indifferent. Because that is who I am, whether we like it or not.
I have high regard for the word itself that it is hard for me to mention it. When I hear people talk about it so easily, I tend to pout and furrow my brow in wonder, ‘how can they talk about it like it’s nothing?’ ‘How can they say the word like it’s meaningless?’
Lately, someone approached me and asked for advice, as usual. Me, being the hopeless romantic that I am, was eager to help with the thought that it was real and seriously serious. Until I found out he met her online (not that am saying you can’t find it online, but…) and he thinks she’s super hot and decided he wanted her for a serious relationship. Like, what?! I am not in a position to judge, you see. But this kind of mindset is not right. At least not for me. What do you think about it?
I am furious at the thought. I learned that men who are deemed to be simple-minded freaks like what the book says, is not true anymore. It says there that men tend to solve your problems instead of understanding you when you’re complaining and all. It also says that when a woman talks, men take it literally. I guess that ain’t true anymore.
In my conversation with the guy who approached me lately, (let’s call him Mr. Paranoid) he was literally that: paranoid over chat messages or the lack of it, from the girl. I learned quite a few facts about men and their thoughts. Okay, that was a hasty generalization, but then again, confirmed at a recent live stream.
Every Thursday we have this thing called Talk that Talk live stream on Live Cuddle that I and DJ Angel hosts. And for our recent show, I suggested the topic: What is a Man’s Perception of a Woman. Yes, I do understand that it differs from every individual but I am curious to which most women are too. I think that women are curious as to how a man sees them as much as men are curious as to how women see them. The show ran from 10 in the evening till 1 in the morning and shall be continued this coming Thursday, October 22.
It is such an interesting topic for most of the listeners, apparently. I hope that you could come and listen or better, share your ideas there. I am eager to know.
