Hey, Upper Northsiders. Masks, tuxedos, and gowns are suddenly running out from shops around, have you reserved one yet for tonight?
They say, the preparation is only half of the whole thing. The real deal starts when the door closes and the glasses clink to a formal opening toast. But will there be a formal opening toast tonight, I wonder. And will our guests of the night enjoy the event as much as we imagined them to?
In every thought of perfection is a flaw, in every right move is a wrong pass. And with this kind of events, we tend to see the end result without peeking at the loopholes we might come across. But then, whatever is there is there, whatever transpires tonight is like the final Act in a Theatrical Play, no more second chances. Only lessons learned.
People can be toxic, so they say. And can there be any more toxic than people who does not respond to your call for a meeting to finalize stuff and messages you only to give you more headache? Well, I say, Thank You. You are making me stronger and braver by the hour. I am no professional or what, but I am pretty surer of what am saying, even if my knees are trembling with fear of what you will be saying. So, I hope that you will take my words seriously as much as you say your words seriously. Cause even if I laugh like a hooligan, there are times when I am dead serious.
Enough of the last minute drama, on to being low key and just enjoying yourself in silence. Do not join and meddle in with the games or whatnot as you will be called to do something again. So, just sit back and relax, everything will go smoothly. Whether right or wrong, it is right. Because the stage is set, and the players are ready to enter.
